90th birthday train sugar cookies - Saturday 31st August

We've been invited to an open house to celebrate the 90th birthday of a friend. As well as the many other interests that he has trains feature right up there, he has a wonderful train layout in his garden. I decided to make a batch of train cookies as a donation to the birthday tea, I decorated the biscuits with a '90' and I also added a Remembrance poppy as he is a Cttee member for the local Royal British Legion branch. The biscuits made an eye-catching addition to the table.
