After Eight cupcakes - delicious - Saturday 16th December 2023

We had friends coming for a fish and chip supper so what better to finish off the meal with than an After Eight cupcake! I used a Jane's Patisserie recipe, chocolate cupcake (you can add peppermint essence to the batter if you like) a fondant mint centre, chocolate buttercream made with cocoa to give a more intense flavour finished with an After Eight chocolate - great taste, great success.
