August Baking

It's been a quiet baking month, probably just as well in view of the hot weather, but I have taken the opportunity to try out some new recipes and also make a batch of cookies. Pics included of Apricot Brandy Slice, Choc chip and oat cookies and Plum, Pear and Ginger Crumble cake.
