Bakewell NYC Cookies - 6th April 2025 - delicious

These cookies are just delicious, I used the recipe from the Jane's Patisserie website, ingredients include glace cherries, white chocolate chips, flaked almonds and almond essence along with the basic cookie ingredients. I made my cookies about half the suggested size and I baked them for longer to make sure the edges were nice and crunchy while keeping a soft centre. Would recommend.
