Banana and Choc chip cupcakes - Tuesday 30th July

On my mission to use up all of the overripe bananas there were 2 less than beautiful bananas sitting in the fruit bowl so I used a Mary Berry recipe and made these lovely cupcakes which I decorated with a blonde chocolate drizzle and then sprinkled with bronze crunch and chocolate sugar strands. They tasted delicious. The recipe makes a dozen cupcakes so after giving a few away I popped a few more in the freezer to enjoy another day.
