Birthday cookie, 9th May

I used the Jane's Patisserie recipe to make a giant chocolate flavoured cookie for my Partner in crime. I added M&Ms to the cookie dough which give a nice crunch. Once baked I decorated the cookie with vanilla buttercream, chocolate decorations and a Happy Birthday sugar plaque made using a LissieLou embosser and then sprinkled over some chocolate flavoured sugar strands. The cookie tasted great.
