Birthday cupcakes - 23rd September

I had another order for a mixed box (Vanilla and Coffee & walnut) of birthday cupcakes.

I made pretty pink and white sugarpaste cupcake toppers using LissieLou embossers for the vanilla flavour cakes which I filled with raspberry conserve before decorating. I used a selection of pink tulip cases to finish the presentation.

The coffee and walnut sponge cakes were topped with a coffee buttercream swirl and decorated with walnuts brushed with gold dust, chocolatey sprinkles and chocolate covered coffee beans. I was really pleased with the appearance of the finished box and the customer was very happy too.
