Blackberry flapjacks, Friday 13th September

We were given a box of lovely fresh blackberries to use, so I made a basic blackberry and apple compote which could then be used for various dishes or just enjoyed on its own. One of the recipes that I decided to make was these Blackberry flapjacks - it was a gf recipe but I adapted it for the items that I had in the cupboard. Once baked and cooled the flapjack was drizzled with dark milk chocolate, absolutely delicious. The recipe can be found on The Gluten Free Alchemist website.
