For the Annual Carol Service at the Bus Stop cafe I made a Spiced Toffee traybake cake (Mary Berry recipe) decorated with a vanilla and cinnamon buttercream and finished with a selection of Christmas themed sugar paste decorations. The cake looked really sweet, it was a great success.
