Christmas cake story continued - Monday 25th December 2023

It's Christmas day and the Christmas cake has been cut, I had just about room to squeeze in a piece of cake during the afternoon as I really wanted to find out how it cut and tasted. I was really pleased with both so I'm sharing a couple of pictures of the inside of the cake. The taste I'll leave to your imagination but suffice to say it was spicy, fruity and lush.
