Christmas Chocolate cake for the RBL Veterans hub - Wednesday 18th December

Another Charity Christmas bake, this time a cake for the RBL Veterans hub meeting. I made a chocolate traybake using a Waitrose recipe. I covered the cake with a favourite chocolate buttercream recipe from the Primrose bakery and then after portioning the cake to make it easier to serve I decorated the top with Christmas trees. The chocolate smell was delicious and the cake looked perfect for this Christmas event.
