Cupcakes for the Boys in Blue, Monday 16th September

I made a batch of 36 vanilla cupcakes decorated with police vehicle cupcake toppers displaying the familiar 'battenberg' design for my partner to take into the Surrey Police force where he volunteers on a regular basis. The vanilla cupcakes were filled with raspberry conserve and decorated with a vanilla buttercream swirl which had a blue and yellow stripe on it. I then sprinkled the buttercream with blue sugar crystals and finally added the police vehicle toppers. They looked great and all disappeared when taken into the police station.
