Easter cupcakes for The Coffee House, Tadworth - 1st April

We have delivered Easter cupcakes to The Coffee House this morning, one batch of lemon cupcakes (lemon sponge with lemon curd centre, lemon buttercream top and various Easter themed sugar paste plaques. I made the decorations using a set of Easter embossers from ComboCutters) and one batch of chocolate (chocolate sponge filled with chocolate spread, chocolate buttercream top which I decorated with cornflake nests mini eggs and chicks plus a couple of Happy Easter plaques). Really pleased with the decorations, I hope the customers will love them too.
