Emergency Services day cupcakes - 8th September

I've made another batch of cupcakes for my partner to take into the 'office' tomorrow to celebrate Emergency Services day 9th September, in this case the Surrey Police force. I've used a toffee flavoured cupcake sponge as the base which I filled with salted-caramel sauce and then topped with a swirl of vanilla buttercream, sprinkled with blue sugar sprinkles and finished with potato starch wafer paper police vehicles.
