Giant Easter Cookie - 16th April

I've made another Giant Easter cookie to gift to some volunteers at a local cafe that we use regularly. The recipe is from Jane's patisserie. I decorated the cookie with chocolate buttercream, eggs and a Happy Easter plaque. They were really pleased to receive a personalised Easter bake.
