Giant Valentine cookie - 13th February 2025

I had been looking at Jane's Patisserie website and found a recipe for a giant valentine cookie which I wanted to try as I just happened to have a heart shaped tin. The cookie is made using dark chocolate and white chocolate chips along with red M&Ms and smartie mini eggs baked into the cookie dough. Once cooled I piped the top of the cookie with red buttercream and then added sugar hearts and mini white chocolate hearts (Dr Oetker). I also sprinkled the top of the cookie with red sugar crystals, freeze dried raspberry chips and then spritzed the top with gold.

I cannot wait to try the cookie tomorrow as I will be sharing it with my Partner.
