I used the Jane's Patisserie recipe to make a gingerbread dough and then used the patchwork cutter Highland Cow to cut out the biscuit shapes. I baked the biscuits for 13 minutes. Once cooled I painted the top of the biscuits with piping gel and then added some sugarpaste toppers that I had already made and painted. Half of the biscuits were painted with coloured dust and rejuvenator spirit. I also added holly leaves and ivy leaves. The rest of the toppers were painted with cocoa butter and coloured dust. Really pleased with all of the biscuits and I will be using the cocoa butter again as I loved the effect that it gives.
