Golden wedding anniversary cupcakes, 10th May

I had an order to make a dozen cupcakes (6 vanilla and 6 toffee/salted caramel) to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. The vanilla cupcakes were filled with raspberry conserve and the toffee with salted caramel sauce. I then topped the vanilla cupakes with vanilla buttercream and the toffee with a salted caramel buttercream and finished them with sugarpaste plaques which I made using cutters and lissielou embossers. Really pleased with the finished result and the customer was too.
