Mini red velvet valentine cupcakes for Surrey Police - 13th February 2025

As I had some red velvet cake batter left over from my bake for The Coffee House I used it to make mini cupcakes for my partner to take to Surrey Police this morning where he volunteers. The cakes were topped with a simple rosette of cream cheese flavoured buttercream and decorated with red sprinkle sugar along with various sugar paste decorations, sweets and mini jammy dodgers.
