Poppy Appeal cake, Wednesday 6th November

I've made a gluten free vanilla traybake cake today to take to The Bus Stop cafe in the morning to share with the regulars and to raise a little more cash for the British Legion Poppy Appeal. I've spread the top of the cake with raspberry conserve and a tiny amount of vanilla buttercream, then added a sheet of blue fondant icing and decorated this with Poppies in varying sizes, buttercream rosettes and red M&Ms. Looks pretty good to me.

I collected £15 to go to the Poppy Appeal.
