Spiced Toffee traybake, Tuesday 10th December

I made a spiced toffee traybake using a Mary Berry recipe. The cake was topped with a vanilla and cinnamon buttercream, portioned into 24 pieces and decorated with a festive theme. The cake was delivered to Surrey Police where my partner volunteers twice a week. Apparently it was a huge success and disappeared in record time. This is a great recipe, I'll be making another next week.
