The Grinch - Wednesday 29th November

Another Christmas Light event in Tadworth on 29th November and I've got an order for 24 Grinch cupcakes for The Coffee House in Tadworth which is decorated with everything Grinch.

I made green sponge cupcakes, added a raspberry conserve centre and a sugar heart, decorated the cupcakes with a swirl of vanilla buttercream which had red and green stripes (achieved by painting red and green food colouring in stripes in the piping bag) and then topped with sugar paste toppers made using a grinch embosser in 2 different designs which I then painted. I also made a batch of chocolate cupcakes, added a raspberry conserve centre and decorated with green sugarpaste Stink, Stank, Stunk toppers and also chocolate geo hearts, candy canes and sugarpaste parcel decorations. They all looked fab and sold out during the evening event.
