Engagement cupcakes - Friday 18th October

I made a batch of 4 dozen cupcakes for a friend for her granddaughter's engagement party. I had been provided with gold cupcake cases and some black glitter toppers, my job was to make vanilla cupcakes, add a raspberry conserve centre, brush with a vanilla sugar syrup glaze and then decorate with a vanilla buttercream swirl. I also provided a paper wrap for the cupcakes which was silver and gold and was printed with champagne glasses. The cakes were a huge success.
