Christmas Spiced toffee traybake for The Bus Stop Cafe - Thursday 19th December

We had a Christmas quiz at the Bus Stop cafe this morning and to add to the festive theme I also took along a Spiced toffee traybake (Mary Berry recipe) to share with the regulars. I used home made decorations, chocolate novelties and Christmas picks to add a little pizzazz to the cake which was enjoyed by all.
